BringGo is a premium turn-by-turn navigation app for your smartphone. It is full of useful navigation features such as Text-To-Speech voice guidance, Lane Guidance, Signpost Display, Speed Limits, millions of onboard POIs and much more. Maps are stored on the smartphone for offline use.
3.5 GB of internal memory available is recommended prior to beginning the app download. Ideally, your phone should have 16 GB of total internal memory in order to use BringGo as well as other apps and services on your phone.
When you purchase the BringGo app, you will be downloading all the map data for the United States and Canada directly to your compatible smartphone. If you wish to reduce the amount of memory required, you may elect to individually download maps for the States/Provinces relevant to you. Unnecessary maps may be removed at a later date or additional maps may be downloaded as required through the map manager on the app.

COMPATIBLE VEHICLES
The BringGo app is compatible with 2013 or later Chevrolet Spark, 2013 or later Chevrolet Sonic, and Chevrolet Trax (Canada only) vehicles equipped with the available MyLink radio. When your compatible smartphone is paired to a properly equipped compatible vehicle, the BringGo navigation screen will display on a color screen that is part of the vehicles MyLink radio. First two trips and it got me where I was going. Interface takes a little getting used to. Running it on my old 3GS with no SIM card and navigation is fine. Only problem I ran into so far is that the app continued to run on my phone after I had shut the car down. Not the softwares fault but my battery was run down to nothing in a matter of hours.
Ive used this app a few times and love it. Plus it works offline so works when I drive up to the country where I lose cell reception.
Great smartphone navigation app that has everything you would expect plus cool features like 3D building and landmarks, signpost display and Where Am I. Also works offline which is important for me when I drive out of the city.
This app is awesome. Im talking heaven sent here. BringGo is able to compile all the info I need to get from point A to B to stop for gas in the middle, and get around traffic. As an Albertan I can tell you how important proper traffic and weather updates are during the winter, and this delivers!
It connects just perfectly to my Chevy, and shows me all the landmarks, and buildings in my path (great for me since Im horrible with directions.) I also love the speech to text voice recognition, it works fantastically and is perfect because when Im in a rush I dont need to stop and program before I start driving.
Im hoping to get more into road trips in the next little while and I cant wait to take BringGo with me! I downloaded the maps of all Canada, and as soon as I start roadtrippin Ill download USA as well. It has full on information for you about; traffic speeds, local traffic info, high flow spots, and the best (and safest) way to get to your destination.
THis app really is the best thats out there right now. For something you can use without internet, on the go, and thats reliable. I think its worth the price tag!
Never lets me down. Much better than my TomTom was. No waiting for a GPS signal. Instant help when you need it.
The app works well the only downfall is the estimates times are very off, I did a 12 hour drive and it told me it would take 18 hours
Some bad moments
I purchased the premium features with traffic via in-app purchase. They do not work at all. Every time I open the app, I get a message saying there was an error sending my purchase to the server, though I was charged $60.

I got the trial 1 month version for 99 cents and it worked fine. Then when I bought the in-app maps and traffic eupdates for $59.99 + tax it wont download but the app took the $67.79 out of my iTunes store credit so I paid for it and dont have it. I have emialed apple and BringGo and no one has responded and that was on Sept 11th; I purcahsed the app on Sept 10th at 1131pm and have tried several times and it keeps saying I need to download it and hit ok so I do that and it says problem with apple server..yeah right!!
I purchased this app to use on the road in my Chevrolet. It says that it can be used offline. Yes, but after 1-2 hours, the apps disconnects and you need Internet to sign in again... Crazy isnt?! So Im lost 1000 miles from home with no gps. And when I try to find customer service or help: impossible. DO NOT BUY.
Navigation is brutal! Always sending me in the wrong direction...cant even figure out the correct side of the street. Ridiculous ...Fix this
UI is poor. Cant even purchase premium access as the app gives an SSL error. Phone must be physically connected to car to use app-connect feature. This company needs to realize what year it is and update their app accordingly.
This app does nothing a dozen other apps dont already do for free. Only reason I downloaded it was because its the only one my wifes new car will take navigation data from.
$1.34 wasnt so bad, so I bought it, not knowing that thats a trial and you have to pay $60-90 for full featured versions that only get two map updates from the point of download.
I will continue to use my free navigation apps, all of which actually do a better job than this joke.
