Can I have a refund?

I bought the .99 cent USA pack. With the trial for premium. If I liked the trial I would invest the 49 to 59 dollars for the premium. About 12 hours after downloading it I get " the 30 days access to premium navigation has now expired" seriously? That was the nail in the coffin!
